As an engineer and entrepreneur, Rob Rusniaczek has over 25 years of experience in business, product design, product development, computational fluid dynamics, finite element analysis, automated manufacturing and product life cycle management. Rob has worked in the family business at Air Tech Heating, Inc. As Director of Operations at Air Tech, Rob was responsible for HVAC sales, service management, employee management, implementing technologies, work processes and day-to-day operations.

Rob is a passionate servant leader with tremendous energy. He seeks to understand the status quo and helps companies redefine the business and process pain points to create alignment and success.

Rob has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University and has studied as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt specializing in finance at Villanova University.

Rob served in the US Navy as a submariner and trained in the Naval Nuclear Program. He has worked with Fortune 100 companies such as GE Healthcare and John Deere and successfully implemented global systems to enable DABA, Design Anywhere Build Anywhere.

Rob has also consulted with numerous smaller companies redefining and streamlining business processes which have dramatically increased net profits.
DeWayne Gibson

DeWayne Gibson has been in the HVAC industry for over thirty years. He has had the pleasure of working in all facets of the business. From the field at the kitchen table to the crawlspaces and attics across the southeast, and for the last fifteen years the classroom to the boardroom. 
 
His latest endeavor, Enterprise Selling Solutions, is a highly successful software company that provides consumer and dealer related buying solutions that increase sales, improve mix, and maximizes efficiency. His passion is giving!!! Giving of his time, his knowledge and experience, especially in the HVAC field.  
Christine Malone
CFO, COO, and Co-Founder
Christine Malone is the Co-Founder of Enterprise Selling Solutions, Chief Financial and Operations Officer and Director of Customer Relations. She received her MBA in Finance from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Christine’s passion is to ensure ESS is held to the highest level of customer service standards. Every dealer, every account manager, and every distributor has unique needs. It’s our job to listen to the client and identify the best way to assist them. We deliver a customer experience that gives our clients confidence in their ability to use the ESS programs and also gives them a vision on how to use these applications to improve their business. Prior to starting Enterprise Selling Solutions, Christine owned a cash flow management business, which she eventually sold. Before going out on her own, Christine managed a team of proposal writers for a large international institutional investment firm. Her valuable business management expertise led her to sell her business and form Enterprise Selling Solutions with DeWayne. What started off as a simple spreadsheet transformed into a web-based tool that gave dealers an intuitive way to improve their selling process and ability to run their company.
